Terms & Conditions for Trash Bandits

If you choose to get a toter from Trash Bandits it is owned by Trash Bandits and any damages or replacement outside of normal wear is the responsibility of the customer.
Toters can be purchased from Trash Bandits.
No large metal scrap items are accepted (refrigerator, washers, dryers, stoves etc.).
No tree limbs and sticks must be in toter or trash can.
No large batteries as these can cause truck fires.
All accounts 7 days past due will be suspended.
All charge backs will result in a $50 fee and We reserve the right to not offer refunds on canceled services. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
